Ok, so this is my first post. I'm gonna try this blog thing out and see how it goes.... I have touble sleeping so thought maybe getting out the thoughts in my head might help with the insomnia bit.
I'm 37 years old and have been married for the last 15 years to a very sweet guy. We have no children as of yet but we haven't ruled out that adventure so far but who knows honestly. We are huge animal lovers and lost our beloved irish setter Penny on 8/2/08. She was our life but I know one day we'll see her again in Heaven. But quite honestly if Penny isn't in Heaven....we don't wanna go!!

So so sorry to hear about Penny. I know how it feels to lose a beloved pet. Thanks for your comment on my blog the other night and welcome to Blogland!

Thank you Stacie....Yes, it's been very hard for us to lose Penny. She was a very special dog. Since she's been gone we've been traveling a lot just to get out of the house so herein lies the reason for our Billy Idol/Las Vegas trip this week. It helps to get away because our house is so empty now without Penny. I know that in time things will get better though....but it will never be the same. Thanks again and I'll be checking in on your blog! Your blog actually inspired me to start one! We'll see how it goes.....
